I have mild acne, but i tend to pick on my face. (it's a nervous thing i will try to stop now).i will visit my boyfriend in 3 weeks and I really need to get those scars out. I heard Vitamin E from capsule is really good. has anyone tried it before? or will I get more acne?
Answer:
it won't make it worse but it won't make it better either. Try using a teabag on the new acne scars it has an astringent effect that helps. Also use sunblock so the scars don't get darker!
Vitamin E oil may make you break out, but i put it on scars also.Try tea tree oil and lavender oils. They don't have to be mixed in a base.
